Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier and fulfilment location. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout or provided after ordering are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active.

International shipping
Nomivela may ship products from international fulfilment centres. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that are not collected at checkout, where applicable.

Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed or lost orders
