Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. For orders delivered in multiple shipments, the 14-day period begins when the final item is delivered.

To start a return, contact us at eman.ellul91@gmail.com. Please do not send products back without contacting us first. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and return instructions.

EU right of withdrawal

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, except where a legal exception applies.

You may inspect the product in the same way you reasonably would in a physical shop. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

For a change-of-mind return under the EU right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or we are otherwise legally responsible for the return costs, Nomivela will cover the applicable return costs.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions

Certain items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including certain personalised or made-to-order products, perishable goods, and sealed hygiene products that have been opened after delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

Sale items

Products purchased at a discounted or sale price remain subject to applicable statutory consumer rights.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, contact us first. Where appropriate, the quickest method may be to return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

For an EU statutory withdrawal, we will refund payments due to you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required by law, within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

For other approved refunds, processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
